Check valve
The check valve avoids a gravity circulation of the heating water (opening pressure approx. 20 mbar) when
the pump is switched off.
Operating position: Check valve closed, passage only in flow direction.
When putting the system into operation and during maintenance work (filling and flushing), the check valve
must be opened.
Isolation function inactive: Check valve opened, flow is possible in both directions.
During heating operation, the check valve must be set to operating position.
The Regumat can subsequently be equipped with a differential pressure relief insert (to be ordered separately).
The insert always has to be installed in the return pipe. To open the bypass, the plug with extension has to be
removed. If required, the remaining plug (without extension) has to be mounted on the other side.
