  • Page 2 Verwendungsbereich: Warmwasserzentralheizungen PN 10, Vorlauftemperatur max. 100 °C Das Oventrop Heizkessel-Anbindesystem „Regumat” ermöglicht eine kosten- und zeitsparende Montage der Heizkessel an die Rohrleitungssysteme. Die einzelnen Armaturen des Regumaten werden lose zusammengeschraubt angeliefert. Die Verbindung ist nach Einbau der Pumpe nachzuziehen.
  • Page 3 „Regumat M3” „Regumat M4” „Regumat S” Schwerkraftsperre Die Schwerkraftsperre verhindert bei abgeschalteter Pumpe die Eigenzirkulation des Heizungswassers. (Öffnungsdruck ca. 20 mbar) Betriebsstellung: Sperrventil geschlossen, Durchfluss nur in Förderrichtung möglich. Bei Inbetriebnahme bzw. Wartungsarbeiten (Füllen und Spülen), muss die Schwerkraftsperre geöffnet sein.

Im Auslieferungszustand ist der Bypass geschlosssen. (Schlitz der Bypassspindel 90° gedreht zum Bypasskanal, Stellung “off“, siehe Abbildung).
  • Page 5 Ausführungen: Regumat mit Stellmotor NR 230 für 230 V Regumat mit Stellmotor NR 24 für 24 V Der Stellmotor NR 24 und NR 230 wird zum motorischen Antrieb von Oventrop 3- und 4-Wege Mischhähnen verwendet. Die Stellmotoren können durch alle handelsüblichen Regelsysteme mit 3-Punkt Ausgang angesteuert werden.

  • Page 9 “Regumat S” Installation of the supply pipe of the Regumat S, M3 and M 4 on the left hand side is carried out as follows: Unscrew flanged pipe with check valve on the return (left hand side of the Regumat) and screw it back on the right hand side.
  • Page 10 During heating operation, the check valve must be set to operating position. The Regumat can subsequently be equipped with a differential pressure relief insert (to be ordered separately). The insert always has to be installed in the return pipe. To open the bypass, the plug with extension has to be removed.
  • Page 11 Having completed all installation work and any required setting of the differential pressure relief device, the in- sulation is mounted. Install back insulation first. The insulation is connected to the components of the Regumat with the help of a squeeze connection and can thus not fall down. The cables of the pump and the actuator are fed downwards through the openings of the insulation.
  • Page 12 Regumat with actuator NR 230 for 230 V Regumat with actuator NR 24 for 24 V The actuators NR 24 and NR 230 are used for the motorised actuation of Oventrop three- and four-way mixing valves. The actuators can be activated via any commercial control system with a three point output. If the actuator rotates clockwise, the flow temperature increases until the limit stop of the actuator is reached (supply opened, bypass closed).

  • Page 16 Pour monter l’aller du Regumat S, M3 et M4 du côté gauche, veuillez procéder comme suit: Dévisser le tuyau à brides avec clapet ATS sur le retour (côté gauche du Regumat) et revisser du côté droit. Monter la pompe du côté gauche.

Les Regumat peuvent être équipés d’un ensemble de régulation de la pression différentielle (à commander séparément) ultérieurement. L’ensemble doit toujours être monté sur le retour.   • Page 30 “Regumat M4” Instrucciones para la instalación de la tubería de ida en el lado izquierdo de los Regumat S, M3 y M4: Desenroscar el tubo con la válvula antiretorno del retorno (lado izquierdo del “Regumat”) y roscarlo en el lado derecho.

El “Regumat” puede equiparse con una válvula de alivio de presión diferencial (pedir por separado). Esta vál- vula debe instalarse siempre en la tubería de retorno.   • Page 37 „Regumat S” „Regumat M3” „Regumat „M4” Menoputken asennus Regumat S, M3 ja M4 vasemmalle puolella tehdään seuraavasti: Irrota laipallinen putki (jossa on takaiskuventtiili) paluupuolelta (Regumatin vasen puoli) ja ruuvaa se takaisin oikealle puolelle. Asenna pumppu vasemmalle puolella. Pumpun kytkentäkotelo tulee olla toimilaitteen oikealla puolella. Ota punainen ja sininen natsa irti eristeko- telosta ja vaihda niiden paikka.
  • Page 38 „Regumat S” „Regumat M3” „Regumat M4” Takaiskuventtiili: Takaiskuventtiili estää painovoimaisen kierron järjestelmässä (avautumispaine n. 2 kPa) pumpun ollessa pois päältä. Käyttöasento: Takaiskuventtiili toiminnassa, toiminta vain virtaussuuntaan. Järjestelmää käyttöönotettaessa ja huoltotöiden aikana (täyttö ja huuhtelu) takaiskuventtiili on avattava. Takaiskutoiminto ei käytössä: Takaisku auki, virtaus mahdollinen molempiin suuntiin.

Toimilaitteita voidaan ohjata minkä tahansa markkinoilla olevan säätöjärjestelmän kanssa, joka tukee kolmipis- teohjausta.
  • Page 41 Asennusohjeet Oventropin nelitiesekoitusventtiilille (vastakohtana kolmitiesekoitusventtiilille toimilaite on asennettu kääntämällä 180 astetta): – Asenna vastakiertolaite (1) venttiiliin kiinni. – Työnnä sovitin (2) sekoitusventtiilin akseliin (3) kunnes se pysähtyy. Varmista että tasaiset pinnat ovat vastak- kain sovittimessa ja akselissa. – Aseta sekoitusventtiilin akseli siten, että sovittimen ”nokka” osoittaa alaspäin. Tässä asennossa sekoitus- venttiili on kiinni (ohitus täysin auki, kylmä).
