TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Charger doesn't work. #3
LED flashes RED or all the
LEDs turn off.
Charger doesn't work and
#3 LED shines red.
CAUSE
 Battery pack or charger
is defective or bad
connection between
the battery pack and
charger.
 Switching on or off
of the charger is too
frequent.
 Battery pack is too hot
or too cold.
56 VOLT CHARGER — CHX5500
SOLUTION
1. Try to remove and
reinsert the battery plug
in the charger.
2. Try charging a different
battery pack.
3. Unplug and reattach
the charger with
the electrical outlet,
referring to the section
"DEFECTIVE BATTERY
PACK OR CHARGER" in
this manual.
 Unplug the charger
and wait at least 30s
until all LEDs turn off
and then reconnect
the charger with the
electrical outlet.
 Allow the battery
pack to reach normal
temperature. Charging
will begin when
battery pack returns to
37°F(3°C)-135°F(57°C).
