Check your juicer as follows:
1. Completely assemble your Green Star™ Health Juicer and switch it on without adding any raw
material. You hear a dull noise caused by the twin gears that is completely normal. The twin gears
have slightly varying movements and produce this noise that neither reduces the quality nor
damages anything.
2. During juicing, you might hear a squeaking or whining. This sound arises during the juicing pro-
cess of different raw materials and is completely normal.
Warning:
These are the most often causes of defects. If problems should arise that you cannot solve
with one of the provided suggestions, call your Green Star™ Service Centre (see pg. 2).
Slightly tighten the outlet adjusting knob (1).
Check the position of the screen (18, 20) or loosen the outlet adjus-
ting fixture. It is better to use hard-fibred raw material.
Check to see if the outlet adjusting knob (1) is correctly positioned,
and tighten it if necessary.
Momentarily move the power switch (16) to "Reverse" once or twice.
If this does not help, disassemble the juicer to clear up blockage.
Although the Green Star™ Health Juicer is very quiet, noises may
occasionally arise that are normal and harmless in most cases.
