Disconnect the power plug before every
disassembly or reassembly!
1. Put the twin gear housing onto the motor
housing.
2. Very important! Find the locating dots
on each gear. Position the locating dots
so that the single dot from the one gear is
between the two dots from the other gear.
Further information about adjusting the
twin gears is on pg. 46.
Insert the twin gears into the housing as
shown. If necessary, move them back and
forth slightly to ensure that they fi t secu-
rely.
If you do not properly install the twin gears,
the subsequent parts cannot be correctly
assembled, and you may damage the twin
gears and the drive shaft.
Please note that: there is a spring on the
free gear. When you disassemble the housing,
this spring is expelled by the twin gear. This
prevents injuries which could otherwise result
from inadvertently switching on the machine
while the housing is removed.
Slide in the desired inset (screen, homogeni-
sing blank ...) into the twin gear housing.
3. Place required inset (screen, homogenising
blank...) into the twin gear housing.
