opening facing down instead of the screen.
On the front, attach the pulp discharge casing
(3) and close the outlet adjusting knob (1a)
tightly.

Take the frozen ingredients from the
freezer and let them temper for approx.
10 minutes. Slowly add the ingredients
into the juicer and push them through
with the plastic plunger. The Green Star™
Health Juicer releases the creamy mixture,
some of which will come out next to the
outlet adjusting knob.
a) Peel bananas, cut strawberries, apricots or
similar fruit into small pieces and freeze.
Take out of the freezer, mix, add cream
and/or honey if desired, let temper for 5-
10 minutes, and run through the Green
Star™ Health Juicer using the homogeni-
sing blank.
Other delicious combinations
- frozen bananas + hazelnuts
- frozen bananas + coconut flakes +
lemon juice
- frozen bananas + dates (especially the
Medjool variety)

With certain recipes, is a good idea to occasi-
onally add a small amount of olive oil or ano-
ther premium cooking oil.
b) Using your favourite recipe, create an ice
cream mixture and freeze it in cubes. Take
it out of freezer and let it temper for 5-10
minutes. Install the homogenising blank
and put the cubes into your Green Star™
Health Juicer.

Pour the hazelnuts into the machine to pro-
duce finely ground hazelnuts. It works the
same way with coconut flakes and many other
types of nuts.
Nut butter
Pour the hazelnuts into the machine to produce
finely ground hazelnuts. Stir in some water or
cold-pressed cooking oil to create wonderful
raw food nut butter.
