(F) 033371 Description du montage:
1.
Séparer les différents éléments d'attelage. Enlever le mastic de protection autour des points de
fixation.
2.
Démonter les lampes arrières, le pare-chocs, les pares-boue en plastique et l'insert de l'attelage.
Plier l'oreille centrale fixant l'attelage à la paroi arrière (voir: figure 1).

Découper l'attelage selon le gabarit fourni.
5.
Découper le pare-boue en plastique de droite (voir: figure 2).
Fixer le corps de l'attelage (1) lâchement à la voiture aux points „a" par les éléments de fixation

fournis selon le dessin.
7.
Monter la boule d'attelage et la plaque supportant la fiche sur le corps de l'attelage.
8.
Mettre l'attelage en position centrale et serrer tous les vis fixes:

- 79 Nm
M12x1,25
- 95 Nm
9.
Désassembler le faisceau d'arrière de câbles et après raccorder le câble éléctrique, selon les
prescriptions.
10. Remonter toutes les pièces enlevées à la voiture.
11. Il est conseillé de vérifier le serrage de toute la boulonnerie apr ès 1000 Km de traction.
12. Bosal décline toute responsabilité concernant des défauts éventuels de cet attelage qui seraient
causés par une mauvaise utilisation. Seul l'utilisateur est responsable.
13. Le crochet de remorquage ne peut être monté que par un garage spécialisé.

1.
Pura vetokoukku pakka us ja tarkista listasta, että kaikki asennuksessa tarvittavat osat löytyvät.
Jos tarpeellista poista alustansuojaus kiinnityskohdista.
2.
Pura perävalot, puskuri, muoviset lokasuojat ja puskurin muovi.
3.
Taivuta keskimmäinen puskurinkiinnike takaseinään (ks. kuva 1).
4.
Leikkaa puskuri oheisen leikkauskaavan mukaisesti.
5.
Leikkaa oikeanpuolinen lokasuoja (ks. kuva 2).
6.
Kiinnitä vetokoukku (1) löysästi autoon oheisilla sitomaelementeillä kuvan mukaisesti pisteistä
„a".
7.
Asenna vetokuula ja pistokkeenpitolevy vetokoukkuun.
8.
Aseta vetokoukku keskiasentoon, ja sen jälkeen kiristä kaikki ruuvit.

9.
Tee tarvittavat sähköliitokset purkamalla takajohdostoa määräysten mukaisesti.
10. Asenna kaikki poistetut osat paikalleen autoon.
11. Tuhannen kilometrin jälkeen kiristys tarkistettava.
12. Bosalia ei voida pitää vastuullisena aine- tai henkilövahingoista, jotka johtuvat väärästä
asennuksesta tai väärästä käytöstä (artikla 185 kohta 2 NBW).
13. Vetokoukun saa asentaa vain ammattihuoltopaja.
(GB) 033371 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove the
underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Remove the rear-light units, the bumper, the plastic protective cap and the bumper inner fittings.
3.
Bend up the metal fixing profile to back panel. (See figure 1.)
4.
Cut out the bumper according to the attached templet.
5.
Saw out the right plastic protective cap. (See figure 2.)
6.
Fix the body of the drawhook (1) loosely to the car at points „a" with the enclosed fixing elements
according to the drawing.
7.
Mount the ball and the socketpalte using 2 M12x70 bolts, including claw washers and nuts.

8.
Set the drawhook into the middle position and finalise the tightening of each bolt.
9.
Connect the electric wire cracking the rear bundle according to the regulations.
10. Fit back the removed sections.
11. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
12. Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or by any

13. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.
(H) 033371 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Szerelje le a hátsó lámpákat, a lökhárítót, a műanyag sárvédőket, és a lökhárítóbetétet.
3.
A középső lökhárító rögzítő fűlet hajlítsa fel a hátfalhoz (lásd: 1. ábra).
Vágja ki a lökhárítót az alvázszámnak megfelel ő kivágósablon alapján.

Vágja ki a jobb oldali sárvédő műanyagot (lásd: 2. ábra).
6.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) a gépkocsihoz az „a" pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel
a rajz alapján.
7.
Szerelje a vonógömböt és a dugaljtartó lemezt a vonóhorogtestre.
8.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

9.
Végezze el az elektromos vezeték bekötését a hátsó vezetékköteg megbontásával, az
előírásoknak megfelelően.
10. Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra.
11. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzít ő csavarjainak feszességét ellenőrizni
kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
12. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó hibákért. (art. 185
lid 2 N.B.W)
13. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
