OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS
Power
1
Connect the power cord to the AC socket (20) of the device.

Connect the plug of the power cord to a wall socket.
•
To completely disconnect the device from power, remove the plug of
the power cord from the wall socket or remove the batteries.
•
For battery power, this unit requires 6 x C size batteries (not included).
•
The device is powered and in standby mode when you see the display is
switched on.
•
Press the On/Off button (5) in standby mode to turn the device on.
•
Press the On/Off button (5) again turn the device off to the standby
mode.
Using the Antenna to improve Signal Reception
•
Extend the antenna and adjust the position of the antenna for the best
reception
Volume Control
•
Adjust the volume level by the volume knob.
Headphone Jack
•
Once connecting to the 3,5mm headphone jack, then the sound will be
cut off from speaker (12/13) automatically.
Setting the Clock
•
The date and time of the radio is automatically set once it receives DAB/
DAB+ radio broadcast signals (and when such info is available).
•
You may also set the date and time manually:

Press the Mode button (4) in standby mode.

Press the Skip(+/-) button (8/7) or rotate the Scroll+/- knob (11) to
choose the time, then press the Enter button (11) to save.

Press Skip(+/-) button (8/7) or rotate the Scroll(+/-) knob (11) to choose
the date, then press the Enter button (11) to save.
