Manifold Pressure
Set the manifold pressure. There are two methods of manifold pressure regulation depending on the fireplace
model. Refer to diagrams below to determine appropriate method.
Early Models
(with separate regulator)
1.
Remove the regulator cap with a wrench.
2.
Pull the plastic pin out of the cap, invert it and push it
back into the cap.
3.
Refit the cap back on the regulator.

Fit a manometer to the manifold pressure test tap on
the valve—see figure below.
Light the appliance and turn the control to full input.
Check for leaks downstream of the valve. Adjust the
pressure adjustment screw using a small jeweller's
size flat blade screwdriver—as shown below—while
the appliance is running at full input to produce
manifold pressure, as per Specifications chart on
page 1.
