Brief press > PTY function is activated/deactivated.
Long press > the desired program type can be selected by turning the volume control/selection dial (2). The following
program types are available:
NEWS, AFFAIRS, INFO, SPORT, EDUCATE, DRAMA, CULTURE, SCIENCE, VARIED, POP M, ROCK M, EASY
M, LIGHT M, CLASSICS, OTHER M, WEATHER, FINANCE, CHILDREN, SOCIAL, RELIGION, PHONE IN,
TRAVEL, LEISURE, JAZZ M, COUNTRY, NATION M, OLDIES, FOLK M, DOCUMENT, TEST,ALARM
After setting the program type, press the button
To stop the program scan, press any button.

With activated PTY function, the station scan only stops at programs with the set program identification.
If no such program is found, the display shows NOT FND.
