Preparing the Appliance

Remove the wheel cover from the
wheel.
To do this, press the frame of the wheel
cover out of the wheel from behind.
Press the wheel box down on the casing
until it locks into place.
While doing this, make sure that the two
plastic bolts on the wheel boxes are in-
serted into the two bottom borings in the
appliance.
Screw in the screws and tighten them.

Slide the wheel into the wheel box. After
that, press the wheel cover into the hole
of the wheel until it locks into place.

Pull the trolley handle out all the way
and transport the pump to its location of
use.

Connect suction and pressure pipes us-
ing Kärcher special accessory
G1"(33.3mm).

The appliance can be operated via both
lateral pressure connections. If only one
pressure line is used, the protective cap
must be screwed onto the unused con-
nection.

Unscrew the lid of the filling nozzle and
fill in water till it overflows.
Screw on the lid on the filling nozzle.
Note: If sandy water is to be transported,
we strongly recommend using an additional
prefilter (see special accessories). Please
install this filter on the suction side of the
pump, between the suction hose and the
pump.
Operation
Caution
The pump may only be operating while it is
lying down!
Note:Before each use, you need to ensure
that the device is connected according to
the description in the chapter on Prepara-
tions because programs saved can start im-
mediately as soon as you plug in the mains
plug.
Insert the mains plug into the socket.

Tip: lift the pressure hose to approx. 1 mm
to shorten the suction time
Turn the appliance on via the on/off
switch.
Wait till the pump sucks in and trans-
ports water uniformly
The unit is now ready for use.
Caution
If there is a lack of water supply or an ex-
tended interruption of the water removal,
the water will heat up in the pump head
while the pump is running!
The pump may be operated for maximum 3
minutes in this operating status.
