    1) CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI Automazione per cancelli scorrevoli ad uso civile (peso max. anta 500Kg). Il motoriduttore MS5 è dotato di finecorsa con funzionamento a molla, ed è disponibile anche nella versione MS5.S, dotato di finecorsa magnetico, particolarmente indicato per i climi rigidi.

    Civil use, sliding gates automation (max. weight of gate door leaf 500 Kg). The MS5 gearmotor is equipped with spring-loaded limit switch operation, and is also available in MS5.S version, equipped with a magnetic limit switch, particularly suitable for harsh climates.

These magnets are to be fitted to the limit switch brackets or the rack and cause the triggering of sensors when they approach them.

    17) STROKE ACQUISITION & SLOWDOWNS It is used exclusively for programming the advanced functions or in the case of the MAN IN ATTENDANCE. Learning of the running and setting of decelerations is possible even if the MAG.E (Encoder) device is not installed. The presence of the MAG.E accessory ensures anyhow a greater precision of the decelerations (besides the anti-crushing function).

  • Page 26 15) TRIMMER-FUNKTIONEN 15.1) TW Falls das Encoder-Gerät installiert ist, ist die Funktion der Druckempfindlichkeitseinstellung zu übernehmen. Durch das Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn wird die Empfindlichkeit erhöht. Falls kein Encoder-Gerät vorhanden ist, wird die maximale Dauer des Öffnungs- und Schließverfahrens reguliert. Muss um circa 4 sec. länger als die Zeit für den tatsächlichen Hub der Automatik eingestellt werden.

    17) ÜBERNAHME VON LAUF UND VERLANGSAMUNG Das Üben des Laufs und die Einstellung der Abbremsungen sind auch möglich, wenn das Gerät MAG.E (Encoder) nicht eingebaut ist. Das Zubehör MAG.E garantiert eine höhere Präzision bei den Abbremsungen (zusätzlich zu seiner Quetschschutzfunktion). Um den Raum für die Geschwindigkeitsabnahme beim Öffnen und Schließen einzustellen, folgenderma- ßen vorgehen: 1) Das Tor schließen (und nachprüfen, dass der Endschalter für das Schließen gedrückt ist).

    Der Speicher ist zurückgesetzt, wenn die LEDS wieder auf die ursprüngliche Konfiguration zurückgeschaltet worden sind. BEMERKUNG: Die Sendegeräte werden in einem Speicher EPROM (U3) gespeichert, der aus der Zentrale genommen und in eine neue Zentrale CP.MS5 eingebaut werden kann, wenn diese ausgewechselt werden soll.

    15) FUNKCJA OPORNIKÓW NASTAWNYCH 15.1) TW Jeżeli jest zainstalowany Enkoder, przyjmuje funkcję regulacji czułości przeciw przygnieceniu. Przekręcenie w kierunku zgodnym z kierunkiem ruchu wskazówek zegara zwiększa czułość. W przypadku braku Enkodera, reguluje maksymalny czas trwania manewru otwierania i zamykania. Powinien być ustawiony na około 4s dłużej niż czas rzeczywistego toru mechanizmu automatycznego. Regulacja zmienia się w prze- dziale od minimum 3s do maksimum 180s.
