MONTAGEHANDLEIDING
1. Meegeleverde onderdelen en bevestigingsmaterialen van de trekhaak verwijderen. Eventueel
aanwezige kit ter plaatse van de bevestigingspunten verwijderen.
2. Demonteer het sleepoog. Deze wordt niet meer gebruikt.
3. Monteer de montagesteunen "1" bij de bestaande gaten met de bouten M10x30 (nog niet vastzetten).
4. Monteer de trekhaak aan de steunen "1" met de bouten M10x30 en moeren.
5. Voor WB 4025: Monteer de trekhaak bij "B" samen met de kontraplaten "2" d.m.v. de bouten
M12x90 en moeren M12.
Voor WB 3550: Monteer de trekhaak bij "B" samen met de vulblokken "5" en de kontraplaten "2"
met de bouten M12x130 en moeren M12.
6. Monteer de kogel op een van de volgende hoogten:
Bij "E" (zonder kopplaat "3") met de bouten M10x50 inkl. veerringen en moeren.
Bij "C" (met kopplaat "3") met de bouten M10x50 inkl. veerringen en moeren.
Bij "D" (met kopplaat "3") met de bouten M10x45 inkl. veerringen en moeren.
LET OP : EEN ANDERE KOGELPOSITIE IS NIET TOEGESTAAN.
De trekhaak keuring is ook geldig indien een z.g. vangmuilkoppeling wordt gemonteerd in plaats van
de koppelingskogel "4". Let wel dat deze dan op de positie "C" gemonteerd moet zijn.
7. Zet de trekhaak vast. Hierbij de volgende aanhaalmomenten hanteren:
M10 - 46 Nm
M12 - 79 Nm
8. Het is noodzakelijk om na ca. 1000 km gebruik de boutverbindingen na te trekken (volgens gegeven
aanhaalmomenten)
9. Bosal kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig gebrek in het produkt zoals veroorzaakt
door de schuld of door welk onoordeelkundig gebruik ook van de gebruiker of een persoon voor
wie hij aansprakelijk is (art. 185, lid 2 N.B.W.).
022451 ANBAU ANWEISUNG
1.
Die Anhängevorrichtung auspacken und die Befestigungsteile auf Vollständigkeit überprüfen. Im Bereich
der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
2.
Die Abschleppöse entfernen. Diese wird nicht mehr benötigt.
3.
Die Stützen "1" handfest mit Schrauben M10x30 an den vorhandenen Löchern montieren.
4.
Die Anhängevorrichtung mit Schrauben M10x30 und Muttern an den Stützen "1" montieren.
5.
Für Radstand 4025: Die Anhängevorrichtung und Gegenplatten "2" mit Schrauben M12x90 und Muttern
M12 an den Löchern "B" montieren.
Für Radstand 3550: Die Anhängevorrichtung, Füllplatten "2" und Gegenplatten "2" mit Schrauben M12x130
und Muttern M12 an den Löchern "B" montieren.
6.
Die Kugel in einer der folgenden Positionen montieren:
An "E" (ohne Kopfplatte "3") mit Schrauben M10x50, Federringen und Mutter.
An "C" (mit Kopfplatte "3") mit Schrauben M10x50, Federringen und Muttern.
An "D" (mit Kopfplatte "3") mit Schrauben M10x45, Federringen und Muttern.
ACHTUNG: EINE ANDERE KUGELPOSTION IST NICHT ERLAUBT.
Die Prüfnummer ist auch gültig falls eine sogenannte Fangmaulkupplung montiert wird, statt der
Kupplungskugel "4". Eine Fangmaulkupplung muß auf Position "C" montiert werden.
7.
Die Anhängevorrichtung ausrichten und alle Schrauben mit folgenden Drehmomenten anziehen:
M10 - 46 Nm
M12 - 79 Nm

Nach ca. 1000 km die Bolzenverbindungen wie angegeben nachziehen.
9.
Für einen Mangel am Produkt, der durch den Fahrzeughalter oder eine andere Person aufgrund unsachgemäßer
Benutzung verursacht wurde, übernimmt Bosal keine Haftung. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W.)
022451 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove the underseal
from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment/frame members.
2.
Dismount the towing ring. This will no longer be used.
3.
Mount the brackets "1" at the existing holes using the M10x30 bolts (do not tighten fully yet).
4.
Mount the towbar on the brackets "1" using the M10x30 bolts and nuts.
5.
For WB 4025: Mount the towbar at "B" together with backing plates "2" using the M12x90 bolts and nuts
M12.
For WB 3550: Mount the towbar at "B" together with spacers "5" and backing plates "2" using the M12x130
bolts and nuts M12.
6.
Mount the ball in one of the following heights:
At "E" (without head plate "3") using the M10x50 bolts, spring washers and nuts.
At "C" (with head plate "3") using the M10x50 bolts, spring washers and nuts.
At "D" (with head plate "3") using the M10x45 bolts, spring washers and nuts.
ATTENTION: AN OTHER BALL POSTION IS NOT ALLOWED.
The towbar approval is also valid in case a so-called towing hook is mounted instead of the ball "4". This
towing hook must be mounted on position "C".
7.
Secure the towbar using a torque-wrench. Torque the bolts as follows:
M10 - 46 Nm
M12 - 79 Nm
8.
After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
9.
Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or by any injudicious use
whatever of the user or a person he is liable for. (sect. 185, art. 2 N.B.W.)
