Flex Active Frames are designed exclusively as furniture for commercial use (e.g. offices) and for use in
publically accessible interior spaces (e.g. cultural and educational facilities). Any other use, or use beyond
the specified intended use is considered improper use. Improper use of the product may result in dangers to
life and limb, as well as material damage. For this reason, improper use is prohibited. In the event of
improper use, Steelcase assumes no liability for any damage that may occur and does not guarantee that
the components will function properly.
Possible improper use includes:
