1. Use
CAUTION !
Read the safety chapter carefully before using
this machine.
Each machine is subjected to a series of tests
and carefully checked before leaving our factory.

may therefore be made on the basis of the data
and illustrations contained in this manual.
The masonry saws EGO is a technologically
advanced machine that is suitable for cutting
ceramics, marble, granite, bricks, concrete items
and similar materials.
2. Precautions
• The manufacturer accepts no responsibility
where the EGO cutter is used with any tools
other than those specified in the "CUTTING
TOOL" paragraph.
• The EGO is made to operate under the
conditions indicated

OPERATOR AND DAMAGE THE MACHINE, AS WELL
AS SIGNIFICANTLY SLOWING THE WORK.

The following steps are advisable:
• During cutting, allow the carriage to move
slowly, without stopping the disc.
• Make sure that the piece to be cut is
properly supported by the tile clamp.
3. Installation
Position the machine on a stable surface.
To set the machine for operating, proceed as
follows:

MAKE SURE THAT THE MOTOR HEAD IS
LOCKED IN THE LOWERED POSITION USING
THE LOCKING LEVER ON THE SIDE OF THE
MOTOR.
MAKE SURE THE WORKING SURFACE IS
LOCKED IN POSITION BY THE CARRIAGE
CLAMP.
a) Remove the machine from its packaging.
b) Loosen the locking knobs and insert the legs in
the appropriate position (Photo 1).

c) Tighten the locking knobs.
ASSEMBLING THE MOVING WHEELS
a) remove the two wheel supports (photo 2).
b) Using a 17 mm wrench, assemble the moving
wheels (photo 3).
