Sicherheitshinweise
Das System besteht aus folgenden Einheiten:
•
Ein Transportgerät mit fest angebrachter
Aufwickelvorrichtung, ein explosionsge -
schütz t es druckfestes Gehäuse für das
Leuchtmittel und die Überwachungselek-
tronik ermöglichen den Transport und den
Be trieb der Inspektionsleuchte in den
Zonen 1 und 2.
Hinweis: Die Grösse der Aufwickelvorrich-
tung am Transportgerät soll zusätzlich ein
unbeabsichtigtes Einbringen durch die
Tanköffnung hindurch vermeiden.
•
Das
Lichtleiterkabel
(faseroptisches
Schlauch paket) ist direkt mit dem druck-
festen Gehäuse verschraubt und darf nach
Anschluss des Potenzialausgleichs in die
Zone 0 eingebracht werden.
Lassen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung und andere
Gegenstände während des Betriebes nicht im
druckfesten Gehäuse der Inspektionsleuchte.
Betreiben Sie die Inspektionsleuchte bestim-
mungsgemäss in unbeschädigtem und saube-
rem Zustand.
Bei nicht korrektem Zusammenbau ist die
Schutzart am druckfesten Gehäuse IP 66 nach
EN 60529 nicht mehr gewährleistet.

Ce système comprend les éléments suivants:
•
Un diable avec boîtier antidéflagrant et un
dévidoir pour le rouleau de fibres optiques,
un boîtier antidéflagrant fixe contenant le
luminaire et le dispositif électronique de
contrôle, le tout pouvant être transporté et
mis en service en zones 1 et 2.
Remarque: Les dimensions du dévidoir
proprement dit doivent par ailleurs per-
mettre d'éviter l'entrée inopinée par l'ou-
verture du conteneur.
•
un rouleau de guidage du faisceau lumi-
neux (fibres optiques) fixé par vis au boîtier
antidéflagrant et pouvant être introduit en
zone 0 après connexion à la liaison équi-
potentielle.
Ne laissez pas cette notice ni d'autres objets
dans le boîtier antidéflagrant du luminaire du rant
le service.
Utilisez le luminaire d'inspection conformément
à sa destination. Veillez à ce qu'il soit toujours
propre et en parfait état.
En cas de montage ou d'assemblage incorrect,
l'indice de protection IP 66 selon EN 60529
n'est plus garanti.

Safety rules
The system comprises the following units:
•
A hand truck with permanently attached
winding frame and an explosionproof,
flame proof enclosure for the light source
and the electronic monitoring unit make it
possible to wheel the inspection lamp into
Zones 1 and 2 for use there.
Note: In addition, the size of the winding
frame on the truck is intended to prevent
the entire lamp from being passed through
the tank opening inadvertently.
•
The fibre-optic hose assembly is screwed
right to the flameproof enclosure and is
after being connected to the equipotential
bonding system, suitable for use in Zone 0.
During operation, do not leave this Instruction
Manual or other objects in the flameproof enclo-
sure of the inspection lamp.
Operate the inspection lamp only for its intend-
ed duty when in unit is in an undamaged and
clean condition.
In the event of incorrect assembly, the protec-
tion degree of the flameproof enclosure, IP 66 to
IEC 60529, will no longer be assured.
