Troubleshooting
A regular and careful cleaning and maintenance schedule is required to ensure trouble-free
operation. The transformer should be disconnected from the socket during troubleshooting
measures. Remove the mains plug!
If the wire does not heat up, check the 230 V power supply. Check or replace the transformer fuse
(art. no. 57 00 04). If this does not resolve the malfunction, contact the STORCH service department or
one of the STORCH service centres in your area. Do not attempt to repair the transformer yourself and do
not
replace it with a type not approved by STORCH. Other malfunctions that require the device to be repaired
may only be performed by qualified STORCH personnel or one of the authorised STORCH service centres.
