7.4 Emptying the waste container
Depending on the thickness of the stripped material, the
waste container should be emptied after every 2,000 to
6,000 cycles. The waste container must also be emptied
after each instance of transport or shipping.
► Pull out the waste container and empty it.
► Re-insert the waste container.
7.5 Cleaning the interior
► Clean the inside of the machine with a brush and, if nec-
essary, with a vacuum cleaner.
Never use compressed air for cleaning the inside
because otherwise small parts (e.g. stripping
residues) become inaccessible on the inside of
the machine. This may result in malfunctions and
operational stoppages.
7.6 Servicing the wire-holding tongs
► Clean the wire-holding tongs with a brush.
► Oil the wire-holding tongs at the rotation points (1) and
at the contact areas (2) of the rollers.
► Grease the disc spring assembly (3).

7.7 Oiling the ball pressure screws
► Oil the balls of the pressure screws (1) sparingly.
7.8 Closing the front plate
► Push the control lever (1) to the left.
► Fit the front plate.
Fix it on the right-hand side with a locating pin (2).
► Attach the front plate again.
