Stop driving immediately if the vehicle shows any unusual responses to the remote commands or if the vehicle does
not respond at all. This behaviour could be caused by a low rechargeable battery in the vehicle, low batteries in the
remote control or by too big a distance between vehicle and remote control.
A damaged telescopic aerial, interference on the radio channel used (e.g. radio transmissions from other devices,
Bluetooth, WLAN) or adverse transmission/reception conditions may also cause unusual responses of the vehicle.
Since the receiver is supplied with power via the rechargeable battery in the vehicle, a low or empty rechargeable
battery will cause unintentional movement of the vehicle (e.g. twitching of the steering servo, etc.).
g) Stopping the Vehicle
To stop driving, proceed as follows:
• Let go of the throttle lever on the transmitter so that it goes into the middle position (neutral position), and let the
vehicle run out.
• When the vehicle has stopped, switch off the vehicle. Never touch the wheels or the drive mechanism, and make
sure you do not move the throttle lever at the transmitter!
• Switch off the transmitter.
When the vehicle is not in use, regularly recharge the rechargeable battery in the vehicle (about every 2 - 3
months). Otherwise, self-discharge of the rechargeable battery may cause deep discharge and render the
rechargeable battery useless.
On recharging the rechargeable battery, observe chapter 8.
