Protection index IP:
- The protection index is a parameter
which, in accordance with standards
IEC 34- 5, is selected on the basis
of the environment in which the
motor is installed.
- This parameter consists of two num-
bers after the IP code.
- The first number indicates the de-
cree of protection from solid bod-
ies and the second from liquid sub-
stances.
The Tables below show the types of
protection for the two numbers ac-
cording to the above-mentioned stand-
ards.

Schutzart IP:
-. Die Schutzart ist ein Parameter,
der nach der Norm IEC 34-5 auf-
grund der Umgebung ausgewählt
wird, in dem der Motor installiert
wird.
- Dieser Parameter setzt sich aus zwei
Ziffern zusammen, die auf den
Code IP folgen.
- Die erste dieser Ziffern gibt die
Schutzart gegenüber Fremdkörpern
und die zweite gegenüber Flüssig-
keiten an.
In den folgenden Tabellen stehen die
Schutzarten für diese beiden Ziffern
aufgrund der genannten Norm.

ø => 12 mm
ø => 2.5 mm
ø => 1 mm
Lager:
- Die verwendeten Lager sind Kugel-
lager mit doppeltem Schutzschild,
mit Fett vorgeschmiert, die keine
Wartung verlangen.

Indice de protection IP :
- L'indice de protection est un para-
mètre qui, d'après les normes CEI
34-5, est choisi en fonction de l'en-
vironnement dans lequel sera ins-
tallé le moteur.
- Ce paramètre est composé de deux
chiffres qui suivent le code IP.
- Le premier de ces chiffres corres-
pond au niveau de protection con-
tre les corps solides et le deuxième
contre les liquides.
Dans les tableaux suivants on indi-
que les correspondances des deux
chiffres conformément aux normes
citées ci-dessus.

Grado di protezione IP:
- L'indice di protezione è un parame-
tro che, secondo le norme IEC 34-
5, viene scelto in funzione dell'am-
biente nel quale il motore verrà in-
stallato.
- Tale parametro è composto da due
numeri che seguono il codice IP.
- Il primo di questi numeri indica il
grado di protezione contro corpi so-
lidi ed il secondo contro sostanze
liquide.
Nelle tabelle seguenti sono indicati i
tipi di protezione per i due numeri se-
condo le norme sopracitate.
Cuscinetti:
- I cuscinetti utilizzati sono del tipo a
sfera con doppio schermo di prote-
zione, prelubrificati a grasso e non
richiedono alcuna manutenzione.
