Function
Using the GSE 7 adjustable boundary spreading limiter, it is possible to limit the
spreading width at the field edge between 0.75 and 2m. Settings vary according to
fertiliser type being used. The rachets on the two identical adjustment quadrants
serve as positioning orientation. At the zero position both quadrants are set exactly
on top of each other (this means that various stop positions are synchronised on
each scale quadrant). There are a total of 13 different setting possibilities :
a) Zero position (both quadrants are positioned together).
b) Six positions to the left outwards (1 - 6 increasing outwards).
c) Six positions to the right outwards (1 - 6 increasing outwards).
If desired, the boundary spreading limiter can be supplied with either hydraulic
or electronic remote control operation.
