    – Wund-Spreizer-System Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Zweckbestimmung Das Medizinprodukt marTract® ist ein Wund-Spreizer-System, das bei chirurgischen Eingriffen zum Einsatz kommt.     Gebrauchsanweisung marTract® – Wund-Spreizer-System Anwendung Das Wund-Spreizer-System marTract® kann an alle Operationstische angebracht werden, die mit einer Rechteckschiene versehen sind. Halterung Die Halterung wird an der vorhandenen Operationstisch-Schiene nach der Sterilabdeckung angebracht. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die Fixierklammer der Halterung vollständig geöffnet ist (durch Linksdrehung des Handrads).

    Gebrauchsanweisung marTract® – Wund-Spreizer-System Aufbereitung Vorbehandlung am Ort der Verwendung vor der Aufbereitung Unsterile Handhabung sowie unsachgemäße Sterilisation kann zu schweren gesundheitlichen Risiken für den Patienten führen! Instrumente müssen vor erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme sowie vor jeder weiteren Anwendung gereinigt und sterilisiert werden.

    Es sollte ein 0,5 % alkalischer Reiniger (z. B. Deconex® 28 Alka One, Fa. Borer Chemie) gemäß den Gebrauchsanweisungen des Herstellers (achten Sie auf die richtige Dosierung!) verwendet werden. Holder The holder is attached to the existing operating table rail after applying the sterile cover. Make sure that the fixing clamp of the holder is fully opened (by turning the hand wheel to the left).

    Instrucciones de uso marTract® – Sistema de retractores Reprocesado Tratamiento previo en el lugar de uso antes del procesamiento ¡Una esterilización inadecuada, así como un manejo no estéril pueden provocar riesgos muy importantes en la salud del paciente! Los instrumentos deben limpiarse y esterilizarse antes de la primera utilización, así como antes de cualquier nueva utilización.
