• Electrical and mechanical installation on
the vehicle must be carried out correctly.
Incorrect installation can cause short circuits
or malfunctions on the electrical system.
• When installing, it is imperative that you adhere
to the specifications in the vehicle operating
instructions or in a maintenance and repair
manual for the model, the stipulations of the
vehicle manufacturer and the instructions for
use for the control module being used.
• Always disconnect the vehicle battery before
doing any work on your motorcycle's electrics.
• The electric cables must not be subjected to
any tensile forces, even when the steering is
at full lock. They must be routed so that the
cables do not become trapped, and do not
chafe or kink. If necessary, use a cable sheath
or a rubber cable feed-through.
