Possible Cause
Mains voltage is not applied
Float switch (3) does not switch
Pump capacity reduces heavily
soiled and abrasive water admix-
tures
Float switch (3) cannot drop
Reduces pump performance,
through severely contaminated
water and additions in the water
which produce a grinding effect
Motor contactor disconnects the
pumps because of water pollution
that is too severe.
Water temperature too high, motor
contactor breaks
Remedy
Check mains voltage
Bring float switch into higher
position
Clean pumps
Set up pumps correctly on the
pit base
Clean pumps
Pull out power plug and clean
the pump as well as shaft
Note maximum water tempera-
ture of 35°C!
