3 - Assembling the handles

To facilitate packing and transport, the handles are not fixed to the pressure cooker.
Before using it, you must screw them on as shown in the diagram.
Turn the pressure cooker over to make assembly easier. Position the handle with the
wider part facing downwards, insert the screw and tighten it.
WARNING: To avoid any dislocation, please assemble the handles in the right way.
After using the pressure cooker a couple of times, you are advised to fasten the
screws again to avoid them working loose.
4 - How to replace the gasket
After prolonged use, the rubber ring or gasket may get
damaged and must be replaced. Please contact your
reseller to purchase a new gasket.
How to insert the gasket:
1 - The gasket must be the same diameter as the lid
groove for a snug fit.
2 - Carefully clean the groove before adjusting the gasket
3 - Place the gasket in the groove and press it down
using both thumbs to ensure it is correctly inserted.
5 - Instructions for use – Pressure Cooking
- Do not put the pressure cooker into a heated oven.
- Never use the pressure cooker in its pressurized mode for deep or shallow frying
1 - Before using the pressure cooker for the first time, boil some water and milk under
pressure for five minutes. This will avoid any tarnishing on the inside. Fig 1
2 – Before you close your pressure cooker, turn the upper handle counter clockwise
to fit the crosspiece on the lid. Then, slide the lid horizontally along the edge of the
pressure cooker to place the crosspiece against the stainless steel handles. Check
that the lid is properly adjusted. Fig 2
3 – Turn the closing device clockwise until the crosspiece is fits the upper part of the
stainless steel handles. Fig 3
4 – Check the position of the arrow on the upper handle. Fig 4
5 – Turn the closing device completely so that the arrow returns to its initial position.

6 – Repeat step 5 for one more complete turn. Fig 4
Always follow these steps for each time you use it, i.e., turn the lid twice so that the
pressure cooker is properly and tightly closed.
This appliance cooks under pressure. Inappropriate use of the pressure cooker may
result in scalding. Make sure that it is properly closed before heating.
