Tools of this class operate on
a wide range of air pres s ures.
We recommend that air
pressure mea s ures 90 PSI at
the air inlet while in use. Low
pressure (less than 90 psig 6.2
bar) re d uc e s the speed and
performance of all air tools.
High pres s ure (over 115 psig 8.0
bar) exceeds the rated capacity
of the tool, which will short e n
tool life through faster wear
and could cause injury.
Always use clean, dry air.
Dust, corrosive fumes, and/or
water in the air line will cause
damage to the tool. Drain the
air tank daily. Clean the air inlet
filter screen at least per week.
LUBRICATION
Lubricate the air motor daily
with NAPA air tool oil. If no
air line oiler is used, run 1/2 oz.

tool, be careful not to exert
excessive force. Too much force
could be hazardous if it causes
the spindle to bend or break.
