BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
„ Remove all various packaging, stickers or accessories from both the inside and outside of
the kettle (do not forget to remove the transparent protective film from the screen).
„ Adjust the length of the cord by winding it under the base. Wedge the cord into the notch.

„ Before first use, rinse the kettle. Boil water at maximum capacity 2 or 3 times. Throw away
the water.
1. TO OPEN THE LID.
„ Press the opening button on the lid. It lifts automatically. (fig. 2 and 3)
To close, press the button down firmly on the lid (fig 6).
2. PLACE THE BASE ON A FLAT, STABLE, HEAT-RESISTANT SURFACE AWAY FROM
WATER SPLASHES AND ANY SOURCES OF HEAT.
„ Kettle is only to be used with the base provided.
3. FILL THE KETTLE WITH THE DESIRED AMOUNT OF WATER. (fig 4)
„ Never fill the kettle when it is on its base.
„ Do not fill it above the maximum level, or below the minimum level. If the kettle is too full,
boiling water may spill out (fig 5).
„ Do not use without water.
„ Check that the lid is closed properly before use.
4. POSITION THE KETTLE ON ITS BASE. PLUG IT INTO THE OUTLET.
5. TO START THE KETTLE
Press the on/off button on the handle
All the buttons' LED rings will light up.
TO BOIL THE WATER
2 options:
– If you would like to boil water, simply press the BOIL/BLACK, the LED light on the side
will turn on and flash indicating the boiling process has started (fig 8).
– If you would like to choose your own temperature (160°/DELICATE 175°/GREEN
- 185°/WHITE - 190°/OOLONG - 200°/HERBAL), press the button associated to your
desired temperature, the LED light on the side will turn on and flash to indicate the
heating process has started. (fig 9).
