Page 9 POWER POWER REQUIREMENTS This tool is designed to operate on a properly grounded 120 volt, 60 Hz, single phase, alternating current (AC) power source, fused with a 15 amp time delayed circuit breaker. It is recommended that a qualified electrician verify the ACTUAL VOLTAGE at the receptacle into which the tool will be plugged and confirm that the receptacle is properly grounded.
Page 10 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION INTENDED USE This machine has been designed and built for cold-cutting metals. For this operation, the workpiece is held in place by a clamp and the cutting blade is held in the cutting position by the operator who stands in front of the machine during use.
Page 11 UNPACKING WARNING! Do not attempt to assemble the band saw, plug in the power cord or turn on the switch if any parts are damaged or missing. Failure to heed this warning could result in serious personal injury. NOTE: Make certain all parts are accounted for before discarding any packing material.
