PRELIMINARY CHECK
Before every operation carefully remove the packaging and verify if there is external damages. In case of damages please do not install the products.
Dispose the packaging parts in compliance with the local regulations.

ASSEMBLING AND COMMISSIONING
The module is designed for the distribution of the water into the heating and DHW production systems.

The installation, setting and maintenance of the appliance must be performed by professionally trained and qualified personnel, with
!
the professional prerequisites.
The place of the installation must be dry and the ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C.

Connect the pipes of the system respecting the connection as indicated in the section 3.

Manutenzione stagionale
It is necessary to periodically check that the Y filter inside the module remains clean and without deposit.
The following check-ups on the machinery are recommended at least once a year:
- the pressure of cold water in the plant must be within the values reported in the technical data;
- control and safety devices (sensors, flow meter, thermostat etc.) must work correctly;
- the drum filter on the primary side must be checked and cleaned;
- the water system must be waterproof.
- the circulating pump must work correctly; if necessary it should be unlocked (see the next paragraph)
- the sanitary water flow must be regular.
We suggest not to empty the system frequently, except for extraordinary cases such as modifications or repairs. In those places where it may get icy, the system must be
drained if not used.
It is possible to avoid such operation if proper antifreezes are added.
N.B.: In those places where the water is particularly hard, it is recommended to install a water softener at the entry of the sanitary water in order to prevent from limestone
precipitation.
In this way it is possible to avoid frequent cleaning of the heat exchanger (water/water).
The installation, the set up and the maintenance of the system must be executed by qualified personnel who own the technical and professional skills according to the local
directive.

THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE WASHED AND CLEANED,
IN ORDER TO AVOID DAMAGES AND OTHER
MALFUNCTIONS OF THE MACHINERY.
