• Childproof – use padiocks and master swit-
ches when not in use
• Clean and uncluttered
• Well ventilated and well lit
The machine corresponds with the valid EC
guideline.
• Before starting work, all guards and safety
devices must be fitted to the machine.
• The machine has been designed to be
operated by one person. Within the working
area, the operator is responsible with regard
to third persons.
• All safety and danger warnings attached to
the machine must be observed.

• With the tools and accessories offered, the
machine has been conceived for steel and
nonferrous metals only.
• The machine has been built using modern
technology in accordance with recognized
safety rules. Some hazards, however, may
still exist.

running tool in case of incorrect guiding of
the work piece.
• Health hazards through steel chips. It is
imperative to wear personal protective gear
like goggles.

ding to instructions. Fully eliminate (or have
eliminated) any defects which can lead to
reduced safety.
• The safety, work and maintenance instruc-
tions of the manufacturer as well as the
technical data given in the calibrations and
dimensions must be adhered to.
• Relevant accident prevention regulations and
other, generally recognized safety-technical
rules must also be adhered to.

Regularly check the cutting off wheel for any
defects.
• Health hazards for fingers and hands when
changing the cutting off wheel. Wear proper
working gloves.
• Health hazards when switching on the ma-
chine through the starting cutting off wheel.
• Risks through electric current if defective
electric connection cables are used.
• Health hazards through the running cutting
off wheel with long hair and loose clothing.

• Any other use exceeds authorization. The
manufacturer is not responsible for any
damages resulting from unauthorized use;
risk is the sole responsibility of the operator.

following the instructions in „Safety pre-
cautions„, „Proper use„, and in the entire
operating manual
