7.10 Fault messages
The last five faults are displayed in the
"Faults" menu along with a time and date.
Faults already rectified are listed in a logbook.
For information about faults and their rectifica-
tion Chapter 13.

Excess humidity protection protects the apart-
ment from excess humidity.
If the exhaust air humidity exceeds the set
humidity value limit ( Chapter 6.6), the ven-
tilation unit switches to intensive ventilation
until the room air humidity has fallen to 3 %
below the set max. value limit.
The ventilation unit then switches back to the
last ventilation level used.
The maximum humidity value limit can be set
to 50 to 70 % rel. hum. Chapter 6.6.
This function is always active and
i
cannot be disabled. Exception: In ECO
mode, supply air operating mode, ex-
cess humidity protection is deactivated.
The control only activates excess hu-
i
midity protection if the outside air has
an absolute humidity lower than that of
the exhaust air.
Special excess humidity protection func-
tion for KBET units with enthalpy heat
exchanger, bypass and PTC heat register
310/410 320/470
If the relative humidity does not fall below the
Rel. humidity value limit max within 48 hours,
the bypass opens and the supply air is heated
with the PTC heat register.
If it then falls below the value limit, the venti-
lation unit switches back to the last ventilation
level used. The bypass closes and the PTC
heat register switches off.
