Preparations

Secure the space shown in these diagrams.
Install on a sturdy and level
surface.
Conduit Installation
● Conduits should be installed between the base and wall, and aligned with the wiring hole at the base.
● The remote control panel signal cable and reverse power flow CT cable are included. The conduit work should be
installed first if wiring cannot be run ahead of time. (Conduit size: PF pipe nominal diameter should be 22 or greater.)
Bending radius (inner radius) of the PF pipe should be at least 6 times the inner diameter of the pipe.
Notes
Before routing the remote control panel
signal cable and a reverse power flow CT
cable through the conduit, check the
connector configuration. Pay attention to
which end is fed through the conduit, and
bundle the cable sheaths and connectors
to the fishing wire. Be sure the
connectors are not stressed when pulled.
If not installing the inverter immediately
a f t e r r o u t i n g t h e w i r e s , p r o t e c t t h e
connectors against exposure to wind and
other elements.
Breakers
● Set the solar panel switch on the outside of the inverter, the grid-tied breaker in the home breaker box, the breakers
in the back-up breaker box, and the switch inside the storage battery unit to the OFF position.
