5.11. To ensure the proper operation of the safety valve, it must be discharged at the end of each season or once a
year. To manipulate the discharge tab, the rear grille should be removed from the boiler. Once you have
access to the tab, lift it and check that discharge occurs. Warning: The discharge valve must be connected to
a drain trap and the water passage must be visible.

Discharge tab.
IMPORTANT: After cleaning or fixing, make sure the boiler operates correctly. Once you turn the boiler off or
during the seasons when you do not use it, disconnect the stove to avoid electronic damages.
LUBRICATION OF MOVING PARTS AND REPLACEMENT OF WEARING PARTS.
To minimize friction and avoid premature wear in some moving parts of the boiler, the mechanisms and
pieces described in the following sections must be lubricated (using the recommended products) at least once a
year.
5.12. Worm screw in the fuel feeding system. (Multipurpose lithium grease, NLGI: 2). (2 lubrication points).
By removing the hopper's front lining, we may access the worm screw bushings. Apply the grease between
the bushings and the screw.

Endless motor.
5.13. Cleaning of the burn pot. (Copper-based anti-seize paste for high temperatures). (3 lubrication points).
After removing the hopper's front lining, take out the set made up of the burn pot with a cleaning system
and the combustion air intake pipe. Lubricate between the bushings and the shaft.
In addition, the compression spring must be replaced every 2 years (ECOFOREST Code 68731).
