3.3 GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

Your Saey device is guaranteed for two years against any manufacturing defect from the date of purchase
provided that it is used according to the user's manual. The till slip or bill indicating the date substitutes for the
guarantee.
The scope of this guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are discovered to be faulty during
the course of normal use.
This guarantee does not apply to malfunctions due to poor installation, incorrect use, modification of the device,
dismantling of the device, wear and tear or lack or maintenance.
Claims against guarantee must always be made at your point of sales.

3.4 GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

This appliance is guaranteed jointly by our distributors and
our firm against all structural defects and / or defective
materials, in accordance with the terms of the
undermentioned guarantee.
1. Validity
This guarantee is only valid if sections A
and B of this guarantee certificate have been fully
completed. The user must send section B back to Saey
Home & Garden n.v. within 8 days after purchasing the
appliance.
If there is a complaint, the user must present the
original purchase invoice stating the model, serial
number and date of purchase, together with section A
of this guarantee certificate, at the sales outlet where
the appliance was purchased.
2. Application
The guarantee is effective as from the date stated on the
purchase invoice of the first user, and provided that section
B of the guarantee certificate has been fully completed and
sent back. The guarantee expires when the appliance is
taken over by the second or next user.
3. Duration of the guarantee
2 years on all the constituent components of the appliance.
The user is responsible for payment of the transport costs,
assembly and disassembly costs, as well as labour costs.
4. Effect of the guarantee
a) The guarantee is only valid for the first user, in so far as
such person uses the appliance with due diligence and
under normal conditions.
b) The guarantee covers the replacement and/or repair,
free of charge, of the items and components regarded as
defective by our technical services division, and excludes
all compensation for damages.
c) The supplier's fulfilment of the obligations arising from
the guarantee cannot constitute any reason to extend or
renew the original guarantee period.
d) Liability for possible damage of any nature whatsoever
that could result from the defect, whether directly or
indirectly, is never accepted.
e) In order to enjoy the benefits of the guarantee the user-
buyer must have met all his obligations, including the
obligation of payment.
