Select Profile
• Selection of a predefined or freely definable profile
• The WELDPLAST S1 has six predefined Leister profiles and up to ten profiles that can be freely defined:
Welding profiles

6 – 16 Freely definable profiles
• Selecting the icon
predefined profiles (1 – 6) or a customer-specific freely definable profile (7 – 16) can be selected using keys
21/22, „Up"
• If setpoints (profiles 2 – 16) are changed during operation, they will not be saved in the profile.
• Every time the machine is switched on/off, the values defined in the profile will reappear.
• If you would like to use the last set values when you switch on the machine again, you must select the BASIC (1)
profile.
• The currently selected profile can be seen on the left in the status display «Section 1» (29).
Monitoring the welding parameters
• The current plasticizing temperature and air temperature are monitored constantly. If an actual value deviates
from the corresponding setpoint, this is displayed in the working display (28) («Show Set Values» not activated).
• Actual value corresponds to the
setpoint.
