Translation of original user instructions
CAUTION: The use of this note is to be supplemented by reading and observance
of the norms of use and safety regulations in the use and maintenance of the ma-
chine. The snow thrower is designed for professional and private use.
PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE AND / OR ADJUSTMENTS ONLY AND
ALWAYS IN CONDITION OF SAFETY WITH THE ENGINE OFF AND THE SPARK
PLUG CAP OFF.
EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY :
Take the equipment out from the assembly. Remove the tool from the package to-
gether with the discharge mouth of snow, the two sides of the actuation rod of the
mouth to discharge snow and equipment bag.
Fig 1) remove the thermoformed black cover [1] if you have already fastened it to
the equipment into the package, loosening the screws [1a]. Completely insert the
pin [2] into the hole of the hexagonal bushing [3] you can see under the machine
frame. To facilitate the insertion operations try to keep aligned the machine and
the equipment .
Fig 2) install the belt [5] first inserting it under the machine red frame cover [4] so
that it can fully wrap the lower pulley as shown in the figure.
ATTENTION! Make sure the belt to be housed into the groove of the lower pulley
and NOT into the groove of the higher one. Then insert the other side of the belt
into the groove of the pulley (6) of the snow thrower accessory, making sure the
same to be placed between the 2 pins (5A).
Fig 3 - A, B) clip the side [a] of the spring [5] into the hook [b] placed under the
frame of the machine. Pull the spring with the help of the hook [c] making sure that
the side [d] of the same to come in contact with the rear wall of the accessory as
shown in fig. 3 A. Pivoting on the wall and pulling from [c] to insert the hook [e] into
the slot [f] as shown in fig. 3-B. NB: the two slots for tightening the springs situated
on the snow thrower are asymmetrical, but the procedure for installing is the same.
WARNING : For proper operation of the machine both springs must be tightened!
Fig 4) cover assembly : Push the black plastic cover [1] under the red frame [4] of
the machine so that the slots [A] are adequately matching the screws [7] . Once
the rear part of the cover has been positioned , rotate it in such a way so that the
screw [7] could enter the slot of the front cover [B]. Tighten the captive screws [7]
by attaching the cover .
EQUIPMENT DISASSEMBLY : Repeat the above steps in reverse always working
