REMEDY
DO NOT DEPRESS TRIGGER. Unlock
stroke locking device and bring rear
casing forward to zero stroke
position. Depress trigger. Tool
should spin off. Reset stroke. If not,
disconnect air to tool. Insert a
4 mm 0 pin through nose casing slots
into spindle 44. Turn until drive screw
leaves. Insert. Use new insert AND
drive screw.
Re-set stroke
Hold tool square to application when
placing insert
Tighten
Connect
Adjust to 1.5 mm gap to 2mm gap
Replace
Lubricate tool at air inlet. If insufficient
dismantle
and
clean
air
thoroughly
Depress trigger a few times
Increase air pressure
Depress trigger several times. Lubricate
tool through air inlet. If unsuccessful,
dismantle, clean and lubricate trigger
elements.
Replace
Tighten
Connect
Set tool stroke
Replace
Lubricate
Lubricate tool at air inlet. If insufficient
dismantle and clean air motor
