Transporting persons

The pulley has been approved for transporting persons in accordance with EN1808. The operator must also install a safety gear
or a second, redundant rope system.
Errors that result in the safety gear to activate:
Suspension rope breaks
Load lowers too slowly
Attachment point is torn out
If the pulley device is used with other components, the entire rope structure must comply with Standard EN1808.
A load dynamometer is recommended for determining the force. This can be procured from HABEGGER and will glad-
ly advise you in the design of the rope system.
