Before Initial Use

CAUTION!
■ Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and animals.
■ Danger of injury! The blades of the cutting inserts and graters are sharp. Handle
them with care to prevent any cut injuries.
• Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items
Supplied and Article Overview" chapter) and transport damage. If you fi nd any
damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact the customer service
department.
• Carefully remove the protective covers and fi lms from the blades of the cutting
inserts and graters.
• Clean all components thoroughly (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

Use

• Place the bowl on a clean, dry, stable and non-slip surface, e.g. a kitchen worktop
or a table.
