Description
Display shows hand-held terminal activated
Description
These triggers are used to write an offset to the marker for the wire speed. The wire
speed can be set to a setpoint of between 0 and 10 V.
This trigger is used to start the drives at the set setpoint, the wire speed being
displayed if the optional wire actual value encoder was installed.
Press this trigger to run the drives at the set setpoint in reverse mode. This function
is only possible in the start mode.
This trigger is used to stop the drives.
Press this trigger to activate the Wire feed mode. This mode is used to feed in the
welding wire again into the cable assembly, for example following a wire fault, a
wire spool change or for setup. In the Wire feed mode, the speed is increased in
a ramp from 0.5 to 8.0 m/min. This value is pre-set and is not affected by the set
setpoint.
This trigger is used to run the drives in Creep mode backwards. This serves, for
example, for positioning the end of wire precisely above the work-piece. To prevent
the welding wire from getting entangled, the duration of the reverse mode is
limited.
This key is used to reset the control after an error.
This trigger is used to switch the gas valve (M-Drive) on or off.
