Check that the sensors are tight after mounting by letting water run over the sensors and valves.
There should be no air bubbles.
We recommend to balance the tyres again as the weight of the sensors may affect the balance
of the tyres.
Receiver unit
• Fasten the receiver unit inside the vehicle using the double-sided adhesive tape provided.
• Lay the connecting cable to the cigarette lighter and connect the plug with the cigarette lighter adapter
provided.
Do not kink the connecting cable and unwind it completely as the cable also serves as an anten-
na for the wireless connection.
• Insert the cigarette lighter adapter into the cigarette lighter of your vehicle.
If the cigarette lighter of your car is activated by the ignition, it must be switched on to provide
power to the receiver unit. If the cigarette lighter is constantly connected to the on-board power,
the cigarette lighter adapter must be disconnected after driving in order to avoid draining of the
battery during a longer stand still.
Installation and Setup of the Software
• Depending on the mobile phone used, download the app iTPMSystem from the Google Playstore or the
app TPMS from the Apple Store.
• Make sure that the receiver unit is supplied with power.
• Turn on your mobile phone and activate the Bluetooth function (see the instruction manual for the mobile
phone).
• Start the app and connect the receiver unit (iTPMS) with your mobile phone.
• The start screen of the software is shown. Select the vehicle type you are driving by touching the respec-
tive symbol.
• The main screen TPMS is displayed.
• Touch the icon ID-Learning at the bottom edge of the screen.
• The received sensor IDs appear after a while at the bottom edge of the screen.
• Register the sensors for the respective tyre position by touching the sensor ID of the sensor mounting the
left front tyre position.
• Proceed in the same way with the other sensor IDs in the following order: front right, rear right, rear left .
• After successful registration of all sensors, touch the icon SAVE to save the sensor positions.
To delete previously saved sensor IDs, touch the icon RESET. After deleting, a search for the
sensor IDs is carried out again.
Operation
Inattentiveness on the road might involve serious accidents. Hence, operating the tyre
pressure control system or your mobile phone must only be done when stationary when
you are not distracted by traffi c.
The software is operated with the icon at the bottom edge of the screen as well as the arrow and info symbols
at the top edge of the screen. For further information on the app, visit the website of the software provider.

Maintenance and care
Regularly check the technical safety of the tyre pressure control system, e.g. for leaks at the sensors.
If it can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, the product must be turned off and precautions
are to be taken to ensure that it is not used unintentionally.
Safe operation can no longer be assumed if:
• the receiver unit, the cigarette lighter adapter or the sensors show visible signs of damage
• the system no longer functions or
• following considerable mechanical stress
Apart from replacing the batteries, the system does not require any maintenance and should never be
disassembled.
Use a clean, soft, dry cloth for cleaning the receiver unit and the cigarette lighter adapter.
Do not use any chemical cleaning agents, as they can discolour the plastic casing.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed of in the household
waste!
Dispose of an unserviceable product in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations.
Remove the batteries if there are batteries inserted and dispose of them separately from the
product.
Disposal of batteries and rechargeable batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries and rechargeable
batteries. Do not dispose of used batteries in the household waste!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries contain harmful materials and are labelled with the symbol
shown to indicate that disposal in the household waste is forbidden. The symbols of the relevant
heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (marking can be seen on the battery/
rechargeable battery, e.g. underneath the refuse bin symbol shown on the left).
You can return your used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at the offi cial collection points in
your community, in our stores, or at places where batteries or rechargeable batteries are sold!
You thereby fulfi l your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
