Safety cautions

Before connecting and starting up, read following instructions :
· Before starting up, make sure of required safety electrical means.
· The temperature of the inlet liquid must not exceed 40° C.
· Before any operation on the pump, disconnect the plug.
· Avoid exposing the pump to the direct liquid.
· The pump must work exclusively with a cable according to the national regulations in
force
· The user is responsible for compliance with local safety laws.

Application areas

· For the transfer of hydrocarbon like diesel oil or fuel in agricultural, building or
industrial or any other area using the transfer of these liquids.

Setting up of the pump
Before connecting the discharge hoses, fill partially the pump with oil, in order to easy the
first priming.
The fitter is responsible for connecting the pump with appropriate hoses.
The use of non appropriate hoses could induce damages to the pump, to people and become
polluting.·
The unscrewing of the suction and discharge hoses (thread connectors, crim-
ped connections, ...) could induce heavy problems on safety surroundings.
Check every connection after first use and then every day. If necessary, tighten up the
connections and change them if there is any doubt.
Electrical connection
The connection to the electrical network has to be executed by a qualified electrician
and has to be in accordance with national regulations.
The cover of the terminal box of the motor must be closed at all times. The tightness seal
which strengthens IP55 has to be set correctly.
