Elimination of polluting components
During maintenance or when pulling down the machine, take care not to throw polluting
components in surroundings (Respect the regulations concerning the elimination of polluting
components).
using cautions
· This pump must not be used to draw in corrosive, chemicals, gazeous
or explosive substances
· NEVEr uSE THIS PuMP WITH GAZolINE :
· Do not use the pump more than 30 seconds with the nozzle shut off
· Be sure that the liquid does not contain impurities
. Use a filter before the pump
· It is possible to use these pumps in continuous service
- during 20 mn for pump 12 V
- during 20 mn for pump 24 V
operation
· Put the pump as near as possible of the pumping area
· Connect the intake pipe with the filter to the pump
(be sure that there is no air intake)
. The intake pipe (delivered only with the VF pumps) must have a minimum
diameter of :
- 25 mm for connection 26/34 (1'') for :
- 35 mm for connection 33/42 (1''1/4) for :
· To avoid leaks, it is advised to assemble the connections with TEFLON or
a similar tight product
· When the pump is in use, make sure that there is no leak, make sure that
the hose and the suction connections are in good order. Check the conformity
of the electrical connections.
· The pump does not need any outside lubrification during its use
Maintenance
· This pump does not need any particular maintenance
· If you do not use the pump during a long time or when temperatures are low,
we suggest to drain it, as well as the intake pipe and the discharge hose
· In case of storage or of a long period of inactivity, do not hesitate to lubricate
the pump's body
· In case of frost, we suggest to put the pump in a dry area and sheltered from
low temperatures
