Problems, causes, solutions
(We suggest to contact repair shops before any intervention on the pump)
Electricity is not supplied
Impellers are blocked

Check
Dismantle the body of the pump and clean up
the inside part
THE PUMP DOES NOT INTAKE
Make sure of the tightness of the connections
Clean the filter
Check the depth intake height
INSUFFICIENT DISCHARGE
Check the depth
Clean the intake pipe, the pump and the filter
Place the intake pipe lower (10 cm higher than
lowest level)
Clean the body of the pump and the impellers
Fit a suitable pipe
PUMP STOPPED
Dismantle and clean the mump. Avoid to draw in
foreign matters
Check the power supply, the power supply cable,
make sure that the cable is not too long or that the
cross section is suitable
THE PUMP IS NOT DELIVERING
Check the gate
Refer to the paragraph :« operation »
Check the seals, inlet pipe connections, covers
and taps
Immerse it more deeply
Modify the piping
Check with an electrician or clean
Lower the level of the pump or place it closer to the tank
Check the footvalve
Open it more widely
Check, clean
Bad quality of the inlet piping
Non-conform piping (diameter, length)
Non-conform component (nozzle)
Use piping with a wider diameter
Change the motor-pump group
Check with an electrician
IRREGULAR FLOWRATE
Check for air intakes on the inlet pipe
Immerse the footvalve more deeply
Check with an electrician
Check the supply circuit
Foreign bodies in the pump, clean
