nglish General information nglish UR 300/UR 400 is mechanical flow meter with oscilating disk, designed to allow a precise measurement of Diesel oil or other fluids compatible with the manufacturintg material. The nutating disk of the metering chamber (see exploded view, kit n°1), which is set in motion by the fluid itself, drives the gear train located in the cover of the meter body (n°7) which transmits the motion to the meter (n°9). -
