BRIEF INTRODUCTION

RCET 360H is a new-style electrothermal product which is developed by world-
advanced technology. It is designed by international fashionable style whose main
body is made out of first-class stainless steel, elegant and good-looking. RCET 360H
adopts fine-quality electrical elements, so that it can be energy-saving, safe and easy-
operating. Besides, we can say that it will be the best choose for hotels, pubs, western
restaurants, even snack bars by its completed functions and excellent quality.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
RCET 360H must be fixed in flat table, and also, please make sure the power wire
is connected to creepage protection (30 mA). In addition, please check whether the
power voltage is according with the one on tech plate first, and whether the user's
voltage and fuse meet the requirements of machine's power. And the on/off switch
can let all the power off. The main body must be connected to the floor. Finally, this
kind of oven should be kept in a ventilated condition, and it is forbidden to put the
tinder and explosive objects near the machine.
USING GUIDE AND STEPS
a. Place the machine firmly, switching on the power, then the quartzose tube is
going to be heated.
b. To heat the quartz tube, press the power switch [1], turn the heat switch [2] to
„ALL" or „PART" and turn the timer [4]. The "heat" LED turns on [3] and the
quartz tubes begin to heat.
c. The quartz tubes can be activated individually. With the heat switch [2], you can
activate all tubes (ALL), only the upper tubes (PART) or disable them all with
[OFF]. With [OFF], the "heat" LED [3] also turns off.
d. Use wooden nips or bamboo nips to pick the food out when they are
finished. Besides, avoid overturning or taking the foods out by something
sharp so that the surface will not be destroyed.

NOTE
a. Do not please touch the quartzose tube while using, so that you are not
burnt.
b. In order to avoid danger, you'd better ask the experts to change the same
dimension power wire if they are destroyed.
c. All the processes of repair and maintenance must be carried on after the
switch is off. If the machine is broken-down, please don't disassemble by
yourself, please contact the maintenance department of our company or
agent to repair.
