Fitting instructions
1) Remove the spare wheel. Disassemble, on both sides of the vehicule the two bolts with which the
footboard-supports are fixed on the chassis.
Disassemble, on the left side of the vehicule, the hang point of the spare wheel. This has to be replaced by
point (E) of the tow bar
(drilling ø17mm in left mounting piece).
2) Place the mounting pieces (1) and (2) so that the points (A), (B), (C) and (D) of the tow bar are matching
with the provided holes in the chassis. Place the mounting pieces (3) in the chassis on points (A)
and (B) of the tow bar.
Place the washers by (C) and (D). Insert all bolts and washers but do not tighten yet.
3) Place afterwards the tow bar between the mounting pieces so that the
points (F) and (F') of the tow bar are matching with those of the mounting pieces.
Insert all bolts and washers and tighten everything firmly. Assemble (*) and tighten firmly.
4) Replace the spare wheel and fasten on point (E) of the tow bar.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
