Filling with chain oil
The blade and saw chain must
never be without oil. In case of
non-observance a high level of
wear occurs on the blade and saw
chain.
The equipment is fitted with an oiling
mechanism. As soon as the motor is run-
ning, the oil flows to the blade.
•
Regularly check the oil level in the in-
spection window (19) and refill with oil
in time.
•
Use Grizzly bio oil, which contains
additives to reduce friction and wear.
This can be ordered from our service
centre.
•
If Grizzly bio oil is unavailable, use
chain lubricating oil with a low propor-
tion of adhesive additives.
1. Unscrew the oil tank cap (18) and
pour the chain oil into the tank.
2. Wipe off any spilt oil and close the oil
tank cap.
