BIOS Support: determines for every single SCSI device whether or not to be BIOS
supported.
Disconnect / Reselect: specifies whether a certain device is to clear the SCSI bus for
other devices while processing a command. This procedure enables
simultaneous procession of different requests by several devices.
Transfer Method: determines the type of data transmission for the corresponding
SCSI device. Provided options are Synchronous, Asynchronous and Auto.
In Auto position, the corresponding SCSI device selects the data transmission
mode itself.
Transfer Width: specifies the data bus width for the corresponding SCSI device.
Provided options are 8 bit, 16 bit and Auto. In Auto position, the SCSI host
adapter itself identifies the data bus width of the corresponding SCSI device.
Maximum Data Rate: enables you to specify the highest possible synchronous data
transfer rate for every single device. If the SCSI bus operates LVD devices
exclusively, a cable length of 12 m is permitted there.
You can leave SCSI set-up by pressing ESC. If individual values have been
changed, you have to confirm the storage of the modified configuration.
