6 OPERATION
6 .1 OPENING AND CLOSING THE MANUAL VENT (MODEL 500 & MODEL 600)

➤ To "Open" your EZ-Breeze™ Vent from the closed
position (FIG. 3), locate the black "Flap Latch
Knob" on the face of your EZ-Breeze™.
➤ Grasp the knob and turn clockwise (a little more
than 1/4 turn) until the knob clicks and the arrow
on the knob points to the "Open" position
(FIG. 4). This opens the internal flaps used to
seal the external side.
6 .2 USING THE POWER VENT MODES (MODEL 600)
Exhaust Mode
➤ To "Open" your EZ-Breeze™ Vent from the closed
position (FIG. 4), locate the black "Flap Latch
Knob" on the face of your EZ-Breeze™. Grasp the
knob and turn clockwise (a little more than 1/4
turn) until the knob clicks and the arrow on the
knob points to the "Open" position (FIG. 3). This
opens the internal flaps used to seal the external
side vents.
➤ To use your power vent as a "Static Vent",
do nothing. To activate the Fan push the red
"On/Off Power Button" once to start the fan
motor to exhaust air from your rig.
➤ To turn the fan off, push the red "On/Off Power
Button" once more.
➤ To "Close" your EZ-Breeze™ Vent from the open
position (FIG. 3), locate the black "Flap Latch
Knob" on the face of your EZ-Breeze™. Grasp the
knob and turn counter-clockwise (a little more than
1/4 turn) until the knob clicks and the arrow on the
knob points to the "Closed" position (FIG. 4). This
closes the internal flaps used to seal the external
side vents.

➤ To "Close" your EZ-Breeze™ from the "Open"
position (FIG. 4), grasp the "Flap Latch Knob" and
turn counter-clockwise ( a little more than 1/4 turn)
until the knob clicks and the arrow on top of the
knob points to the "Closed" position (FIG 3). This
closes the internal flaps and seals the external side
vents.
Ceiling Fan Mode
➤ To use the Model 600 as a ceiling fan the "Flap
Latches" must be closed. To "Close" your EZ-
Breeze™ Vent from the open position (FIG. 3),
locate the black "Flap Latch Knob" on the face
of your EZ-Breeze™. Grasp the knob and turn
counter-clockwise (a little more than 1/4 turn) until
the knob clicks and the arrow on the knob points
to the "Closed" position (FIG. 4). This closes the
internal flaps used to seal the external side vents.
➤ Push the red "On/Off Power Button" once to turn
the fan on and enjoy the ceiling fan mode.
➤ Push the red "On/Off Power Button" once more to
turn off.
